William \Bill\ Woodruff, 64, of Midland, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2016. A rosary will be held at 7:00 pm, Monday, January 25, 2016 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Chapel. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at St. Stephen's Catholic Church.Bill was born on May 1, 1951 to Kenneth and Billy Woodruff in Midland, Texas. He was a man’s man with great integrity, strong, respected, thoughtful, and so loved. In his life time he broke and showed horses, played polo, had a love for his radio controlled cars, built custom homes, and raised a great family that loved him dearly. His great passion was for the Ruffwood Ranch, the wild life on it, his longhorns, and the general tranquility the ranch provided.In our journey, we gained a second family. The people of Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa took us in as if they had known us forever. The bonds and friendships formed here will be a part of our family forever as will all of the people. We love and thank you so much.Survivors include wife, Theresa Woodruff; daughter, Jennifer Woodruff Urias and husband, Junior and their children Mackenzie and Quintin; son, Nick Woodruff; daughter, Barbara Jean Woodruff Van Meter and husband, BJ and their child Bristol; brother, Ken Woodruff and wife, Cindy and their children, Stephanie and Greg.He is preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Billy Woodruff, and Sister Becky Woodruff.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cancer Treatment Centers of America.,
