Virginia Anguiana, 74, of Midland passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2014 surrounded by her family. Virginia was born on January 25, 1940 in Tulare, California to Frank and Rachel (Atchison) Babcock. Virginia was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She enjoyed gardening, painting, and she especially loved to travel. She is survived by her husband of our 34 years, Gomesindo Marroquin, Jr.; her daughter, Doreen Hanna; her beloved brothers, Frank, Phil, and Steve Babcock; 3 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and numerous friends and family who all loved and will miss her dearly. The family will receive quests on Sunday, June 15, 2014 from 6:00 pm 0 8:00 pm at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 16, 2014 at 2:00 am at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Chapel with Pastor Phil Babcock officiating. Burial will follow at Serenity Memorial Garden.
