Thomas “Frank” Somers, 81, of Aubrey, TX, formerly of Big Spring, passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2021.  Privately family services were held.

He was born February 2, 1940 in Patterson, New Jersey to Samuel and Helen Somers.  He married Janet Bronaugh, January 9, 2009 in Big Spring, TX.

He enjoyed watching his kids and grandkids playing games, fishing, woodworking, gardening, and sports.

He is survived by his wife, Janet Somers of Aubrey, TX; one daughter, Ashlie Simmons and wife, Tara Boice; two sons, Jerrod Simmons and wife, Tracye, and Michael Maxwell; one grandson and one granddaughter of Prosper, TX, Cash and Sloane Simmons, and three grandsons of Florida, Trevor, Armani and Ezel Maxwell.

The family suggests memorials to American Heart Association.
