Staci Brooke Monk

Staci Brooke Monk, 39 of Midland, went to be with our heavenly father on Monday, November 3, 2025. A visitation will take place from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. Services will be 10:00 am, Friday, November 7, 2025 at Mid-Cities Church 191 Campus. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park

Staci Brooke Monk was born on July 22, 1986 in Odessa, TX to Ronald and Trisha Thomas. Staci was a true sports fanatic and loved to play nearly every sport, with soccer holding a special place in her heart. A four-year varsity player, she was known for her fierce determination, team spirit, and competitive drive. Whether she was on the field or cheering from the sidelines, her energy was contagious and her voice unmistakable.

More than anything, Staci was a devoted mother to her two boys, Jaxon and Jager. She was always there for them in everything they did — cheering loudly, encouraging fiercely, and loving unconditionally. She was the motivator of the family, constantly reminding her boys, “You’ve got this — just try your best, no matter what.”

Staci also found peace and joy in the kitchen. Cooking was her passion — a way for her to show love and bring people together. Preparing meals for family and friends brought her a sense of calm and happiness that she freely shared with those around her.

Those who knew Staci will never forget her honesty and her heart. She spoke her mind, loved deeply, and made sure the people in her life knew exactly how much they meant to her. If she loved you, she loved you hard. Her love for her children, family, and friends was truly unmatchable.

Staci and Conner’s love story was one for the ages. High school sweethearts and lifelong soulmates, their bond never wavered. Guided by faith and built on mutual respect, laughter, and unwavering devotion, their love was a reflection of the life they built together — strong, genuine, and full of heart.

Staci’s spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her — especially in her boys, who will carry forward her love, strength, and determination.

Staci is survived by husband, Conner Monk her two sons, Jaxon and Jager also her mother, Trisha and father, Ronald and two sisters, Shalee and Shelbi.
