Sherry Lynn Constable, 58, of Midland passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Midland Memorial Hospital. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 7, 2013 from 6:00-8:00PM at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Friday, November 8, 2013 at 1:00PM at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Chapel.Sherry was born on February 2, 1955 to Jim and Billie Hillmer in Baraboo, WI. She graduated from Midland College with an Associates degree in Applied Science in Radiography and worked for Midland Memorial Hospital for 22 ½ years. Sherry married the love of her life J.D. Constable on May 12, 1976 in Odessa, TX. Sherry and J.D. have been together for over 40 years and she was a very dedicated, and faithful wife and mother. She touched the lives of everyone she met. She enjoyed gardening, summer nights on the porch with her family, spending time at the beach, her early morning walks with her husband, collecting sea shells, spoiling her grandchildren, and reading a good book.She is survived by her husband, J.D. Constable; mother, Billie Wilkerson; daughter, Jennifer and husband Sergio Diaz; son, Justin and wife Jennifer Constable; grandchildren, Hailey McLeod and Lucas Diaz; brother, Jerroul and wife Tawnney McMellon; sister, Cydne and husband Bryan Robbins; several nieces, nephews; and the bestest friends a girl could ask for, ReeDunna Young, Lillie Heredia, and Jayne Box along with an abundance of other family and friends.She is preceded in death by her father, James HIllmer; and grandparents, William (Bill) and Verna (MoMo) McGary.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory.
