Saul Ramirez Gamboa Sr., 60 of Midland passed away on February 28, 2022 surrounded by family.

Viewing visitation will be held on Sunday, March 6th from 1-9 pm at the Branch at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 7th at 10 am also at the Branch @ npw.  Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.

Saul Ramirez Gamboa Sr. was born on November 18, 1961 in Midland, TX to Cruz & Cristina Gamboa.

Saul served in the US Army from 1981 through 2005, where he retired after 24 years of service. He fought in Desert Storm and was a recipient of the Bronze Star.

Saul was a lover of all things Harley Davidson, he enjoyed riding his bike with wife JoAnn, he loved attending bike rallies as often as he could, enjoyed watching & attending sporting events, he was a huge fan of the Houston Texans and Texas Rangers, he enjoyed building things, playing blackjack, attending his grandkids games, he loved heading out to the lake with his son Alex & grandkids Gavin & Alexander on the weekends. He also enjoyed golfing with his brothers in his spare time.

Saul is survived by his wife JoAnn, son Saul Jr & wife Tinsley, son Nick & wife Angelica, son Alex & wife Laura. Three grandchildren, Jennesis, Gavin & Alexander.

He is also survived by his father Cruz M. Gamboa, brother Ramon Gamboa & sister Gabriella Franco. He is preceded in death by his mother Cristina Gamboa and brothers Blas & Eddie Gamboa.
