My wife Theresa and I just learned of Tootie’s passing, and wanted to let Debbie know we send our deepest condolences. We only knew Tootie and Debbie through the Texas Chief Deputies Association Conference in Kerrville, which we started attending 2009. Tootie treated us as if he had known us all his life and it was quickly apparent that he was the right kind and was a man to ride the river with! Debbie please know Theresa and I will keep you in our prayers.

I had the pleasure to serve with Sgt Miller at the Midland Police Department, as I knew him as the PD Rangemaster. He was a true professional and had a wonderful sense of humor, and he was a great example to me, and to other younger officers; he was one of the good guys❤️
