Patrick Eugene Ogden, 49, passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2011.He was born September 25, 1961 to Billy Charles Ogden and Patricia Ogden in Cisco, Texas. Patrick was raised in Andrews, Texas. Upon graduation from High School, he attended Texas Tech University and Angelo State University, where he met his wife, Roxanne Ogden. They were married on October 9, 1982, in San Angelo, Texas. He received his Texas Board of Irrigators license in 1982, and began his love of landscaping and irrigation. He worked at Odessa Country Club until he decided to begin his own business, Ogden Sprinkler Systems, in 1995. He remained self employed until November 2009, and was employed with Bill Williams Tire Center, until his passing. He was a member of Fairmont Park church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his dad; Bill Ogden.Patrick is survived by his wife, Roxanne Harrell Ogden, of Midland, Texas, sons, Ryan Blake Ogden, Charles Lane Ogden, and Corby Jackson Ogden, all of Midland. His Mother, Patricia Ogden, of Bonham, Texas, sisters, Sheila/Rene Fernandez of Bonham, Texas and Teresa/Don Hart, of Odessa, Texas; mother and father-in-law, Jack & Ginger Harrell, sister- in- law Jo Lynn Harrell, brother-in-law, Dale Harrell; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Patrick's greatest interests were his son's activities, watching Nascar and the love of the lake, where the family enjoyed boating, wake boarding and family time. One of the things he was most proud of was his remodeling of the lake house and his home in Midland. He attended many of his son's golf tournaments, football-games, and many-many baseball games. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the medical Fund of Patrick Ogden, at Heritage USA, Teachers Credit Union, 2001 N. Big Spring St. Pallbearers will be: Jerry Dugan, Buck Rogers, Billy Williams, Billy Perkins, Rene Fernandez, and Dale Harrell. Family will receive friends at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home between 6pm and 8pm on Sunday, July 10, 2011. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 AM, Monday, July 11, 2011, at Fairmont park church of Christ, where Scott Sheppard will be performing services.
