Obed Galindo Jr. was born on February 25, 1983 in Midland, Texas at Midland Memorial Hospital to two loving parents Oved Galindo and Mary Helen Ramirez Galindo.
His spirit is carried on by his children, Seth Galindo and his daughter, Cataleya Galindo.
Siblings, Crystal G. Hernandez, her husband, Anthony Hernandez, their three children, Alahni, Jonah, Alistair. And little brother Omar Galindo.
Obed was always an active and involved individual. The life of any event when he showed up. He was the type of person that cherished talking about old memories, and was quick to make new memories. He continuously spoke of his son’s successful roping career; he constantly cheered his daughter at every one of her sports events. One of his favorite memories was when they spent the day painting, then went shopping for a new outfits. Leaving Wela to clean up the mess. She didn’t think it was funny, but they sure thought it was. Obed was a very forgiving and loving person, to anyone and everyone. He lived by Jesus’s law to love one another and to always remember he who is without sin, cast the first stone.
We will be having his visitation at Nalley-Pickle & Welch funeral home, The Branch March 14, 2023 Tuesday 11-9pm, Wednesday 10-9 pm with a rosary beginning 7pm services will be Thursday March 16, 2023 from 8-12:30 procession will follow to San Miguel Catholic Church Arcángel Catholic Church at 1pm. Interment will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens Cemetery on 6800 SH- 349 Midland TX.
