He is survived by his mother, Janice Qualls and his daughter Madison Avery Qualls, in addition to his brother, Patrick Cole Qualls and wife, Jessica, his nieces Alec Qualls, Lindsey Myers, and nephew Paxton Qualls, all of Midland. In addition, he is also survived by his longtime partner Keli Christodolou and her two children Bella and Henley, of Lubbock, Texas.
Matthew’s life will be remembered through his lifelong friends in New Mexico, and Texas, his numerous aunts, uncles and cousins located throughout Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Oregon.
The family will be laying Matthew to rest at a small and private graveside service in Lubbock, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to their favorite charity.
