Mary Edmondson

Mary Edmondson, 86, of Big Spring, died on Sunday, December 23, 2001, in a local hospital. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, December 28, 2001, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Rev. Arnold Tonn, officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Memorial Park. She was born on September 18, 1915 in Rosebud, Texas and married Andy Carl Edmondson, on September 1935, in Thorndale, Texas. He preceded her in death on July 14, 1984. Mrs. Edmondson had a love for her family, music and gardening. Survivors include four sons, Bobby Edmondson of Colorado City, Levy Lee Edmondson, Sr. of Clyde, Jerry Edmondson and Doyle Edmondson of Coahoma; one daughter, Betty Hamilton of Big Spring; two sisters, Tina Hernandez and Susie Garcia of Temple; twenty nine grandchildren, thirty eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Peggy Edmondson in 1974 and Shirley Woodard in 1994. Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.,
