Mark Daniel Roman

Mark Daniel Roman, 63, of Big Spring, went home to his Lord and Savior Thursday, April 27, 2023. Mark was born July 10, 1959, in Big Spring, Texas to Elbert Lee Roman, Jr. and Dorothy Jean Stallings Roman.

Mark married Vera Ann Adamson on May 1, 1987.

Mark lived in Howard County all his life and worked at Western Container and for Joe Paul Beall as Water Supervisor and in his farming operations.
Mark enjoyed spending time with family and friends and camping. He loved the outdoors and nature and was always happy when he was outdoors exploring new places.

Mark is survived by his wife Vera of Big Spring; three daughters, Loretta Mae Stercks of Big Spring, Melissa Kae Payne and husband Dustin, of Phoenix, AZ and LaKeisha Ramirez and husband Craig of Slaton; three granddaughters: Alexis Stercks, Minxiee Ramirez and Adalynn Ramirez and one grandson: Jett Hernandez; one brother, David Roman and wife Sherry of Big Spring and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Dorothy Jean Stallings Roman and Elbert Lee Roman, Jr.; three brothers, Elbert Lee Roman, III, James Michael “Mike” Roman; an infant brother, Bobby Leon Roman and an infant sister, Mary Elaine Roman.
