Mable Lee Dickenson, 73, of Big Spring, died on Friday, February 11, 2005, in a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, February 14, 2005 at the Nalley-Pickle & Rosewood Chapel with Rev. Michael Chase, pastor of College Park Church of God, officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.She was born on May 8, 1931, in Vandervoot, Arkansas and married Glen P. Dickenson on August 16, 1955 in Lovington, New Mexico.Mrs. Dickenson was a longtime resident of Big Spring. She loved to cook and entertain family and friends. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.Survivors include her husband, Glen P. Dickenson, Jr. of Big Spring; one son, Junior Barber of Big Spring; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Thelma Snediger of Seminole, Floy and Bill Eason of Troy, Missouri, and Ruby and Melvin Parker of Winterhaven, Florida; one daughter-in-law, Tamera Barber of Big Spring; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, Laura and Frank Timmins; one brother, Frank Timmins, Jr.; one daugther, Linda Sue Semmes; and one niece, Kathy Parker.
