Funeral Service will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday, April 18, 2021 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home Chapel.
Kimberly was born on June 27, 1966 in Midland, Texas to Patricia and Edward Wooten. Kimberly was always the life of the party and had an incredibly charismatic and fun personality. She was caring and always willing to lend an ear when anyone needed her, making her the “go to” person for her family and close friends. She loved music. In high school, she played the clarinet in the Midland High School band and traveled to California one year to play in the Rose Bowl. Her loving nature was apparent in her career choice, as she was a nurse for 26 years. She met and married the love of her life, Larron, and together they created a beautiful family and life.
Kimberly is survived by a rather large and loving family, including her husband of 32 years, Larron Herring, her oldest son, Brandon Herring and his wife Lauren and their son Connor, her youngest son, Blake Herring, her two sisters and best friends, Connie McClellan and Robin Kenady, her brother, Steve Wooten, her beautiful mother, Jane Wooten, parents-in-law, Harold and Joanne Herring, brother-in-law Zane Herring and his wife Sonya, brother-in-law Greg McClellan, and her many nieces and nephews: Razonia McClellan, Angela McPherson, Jennifer Regino, Amber Richardson, Corey Barber, Tiffany Barber, Brittany Wooten, Brianna Wooten and Bailea Wooten and many great nieces and great nephews.
“Annie” as her father lovingly called her is preceded in death by her father, Edward Oliver Wooten.
The family would like to express their gratitude towards Midland Memorial Hospital staff, nurses, and especially Dr. Azarov and Dr. Catalasan for taking such great care of her. We also extend our gratitude to all friends and family members who have supported and loved us through this difficult time.
