I was in a home across from where this accident happened. I went down to see what I could do. The EMT where there in minutes, and treated the accident as if it was their own family. I cried all night, thinking of the family, ( as I have lost a child). The next day, a barge came to lift the boat. At the same time a rain shower came, and a rainbow covered the area, as if God, said it's OK, Karah can move on, and we will follow. That is how I got through. We will all meet later. She seemed to have been a wonderful person and will truly be missed.

We remember Karah as being a cheerful, kind-hearted person. She will be deeply missed. Our condolences go out to all of her family and friends.
