Jonny Randolph Deaver

Jonny Randolph Deaver, 75 of Midland, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. A viewing will be held from 8:00am – 5:00pm, Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at Resthaven Memorial Park. Memorial services will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, January 9, 2026 at Crestview Baptist Church.

Jonny Randolph Deaver was born February 25, 1950 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Mary Ellen Lynn Deaver and Randy Julian Deaver. He was married to Barbara Batterton Deaver. They had two children, daughter, Alecia Marie Deaver and son, Jon Cole Deaver. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree at WTAMU in Canyon, Texas. Upon graduation he taught elementary school in Amarillo, Texas for a few years.

After moving to West Texas, he became a successful, small business owner in furniture retail; following that he worked in oil field equipment sales before retiring. He enjoyed his family, church, outdoor activities, travel and music. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Deaver of Midland, Texas; daughter, Alecia Deaver of Odessa, Texas; son, Cole Deaver and spouse Jackie Deaver of Lake Dallas, Texas; two sisters, Brenda Dennard of Odessa, Texas and Robyn Cooke of Canyon Lake, Texas; five grandsons, Kerry Stephan, Brad Lopez, Robert Deaver, Aidan Lopez, and Kyle Deaver, as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank UTSA ALS Clinic in San Antonio, Texas.
