My deepest sympathies to the family of Dave for his loss. I last saw him in June 1964 at Mt Lebanon High School, and only became aware yesterday that he lived in Midland. What are the chances of two Mt Lebanon grads of 1964 living in the same city in West Texas? I will keep Dave and his family in my prayers. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him and all the faithful departed.

I started my engineering career working with John. I'm not too sure I have met another guy like him since. Besides being an excellent Field Engineer and a great mentor, we was a character to hang with that knew something about everything. I meet his daughters several time at "the shop" back at in the 80's when he came in to take care of business even on his days off. That was a hard job and he did it well. I've seen him several times since around Midland and he always spent the time to remenise. He'll be missed by all.

John was a true friend that I though of very highly. We always enjoyed each others company while visiting our favorite hang out, The Bar where many subjects and problems were discussed, but never solved. I'm so glad to have visited with him a few weeks ago in Houston while I was there on other business. With his passing, John will leave an empty space in my list of friends that will never be filled. So John, let us know some how how the other side treats friends like us! You will always be missed! Your Friend, Bob Manning

John was a good friend to my husband Herb and often brought special food for Herb during his illness before he passed away last year. He was very proud of his three daughters and after meeting them last night I can see why, they are terrific women. My prayers will be with you and all the family as you walk through this difficult time.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

John and I worked together in Pampa, Texas, way back in the seventies. He was a good worker and an interesting person, a good speaker, thoughtful and well-informed. I will miss being able to exchange emails with him. For me the world is a less interesting place without John to brighten things and add his wit and humor to our correspondence.

To John's mother and three daughters. Your Son and Dad was my very good friend. I'm so sad that he is gone and I will miss him greatly. He would speak of you all frequently when we talked.
