I am shocked and immensely saddened by the death of my good friend Joe Lasater. He & Bubba were so much fun to hang with when we were growing up in the neighborhood and just genuinely nice people, I wish I would have kept in touch because it sounds by the tributes that he turned in to just the type of person I knew that he would. I will keep Bubba and his family in my thoughts and prayers for the comfort and peace that only the Lord can provide. Goodbye my friend. May you rest in peace.

to u the family who are left behind Joe dean was a good man and my good friend from the time he married my sister a long time ago the two of them have three girl and each of them have kids as well Joe dean never let any one in my family go with out if u needed a place to stay he would say come on and i think joe did most of his thinking when he was fishing i now he is looking down on us all and he is smiling down on us and he is not in pain he left behind his love for all of us and i thinkgod for the time he was here with us and plessed us with his kindness and love i am sorry for the loss and it will take time to heal but we all have our memories and that will keep us going i send all my prayers to u with love and care for all
