Jo Evans, 88, of Big Spring, passed away Saturday, December 11, 2021. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at the First Baptist Church in Coahoma with Rev. Elwin Collum officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.

She was born December 21, 1932 in Pampa, Texas and married Don Evans October 7, 1949 in Pampa. He preceded her in death November 25, 2009.

Jo enjoyed reading, spending time in Ruidoso, NM and loved attending her grandchildren’s sporting events. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Coahoma.

Survivors include two sons, Rickey Don Evans and wife Kim of Midland, and Randy Lee Evans and wife, Karri of Big Spring; one daughter, Cathy Jo Paige and husband, Spot; 10 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, A. D. and Mary Cotton; and a brother, Tim Duckworth.
