Jo Ann Webb, 62, of Big Spring, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2025 in Abilene, Texas.  She will lie in state from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm, Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be at 10:00 am, Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel.  Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Stanton.

Jo Ann was born August 16, 1962 in Lenorah, Texas to parents Willie Barboza and Isabelle Salazar.  She loved gardening and planting flowers.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Bobby Webb; her mother Isabelle Ferguson; siblings: Adam Barboza, Ector Barboza, Anna Almager and Robert Barboza; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, many friends including a special friend Patti Harrell.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Bobby, I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Im in shock. I absolutely loved Joann from the time you introduced to her me when we worked at Blue Bell over 29yrs ago. She helped me redo our flooring in our new house years ago. Joann was one of a kind, such a sweet lady and so kind hearted. Again, my deepest condolences.
