Jerry Ulmer, 76, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2018 in Midland. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 9:00AM at Resthaven Cemetery.He is survived by his wife, Kay Ulmer; children, Konn Ulmer; Gregg Ulmer and Sabrina Reese.,
