Jason Jones

Jason Jones, 42, of Midland, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at his home. Private family services will be held.Jason was born on October 21, 1970 to Sam and Mary Helen Jones in Midland. He graduated from Lee High School and attended Midland College. Jason loved fishing, hunting and anything to do with the outdoors. He worked his entire career at Jones Piano with his father and took over the family business serving the community of Midland until his death. Jason was an excellent clock and piano technician and loved helping his customers. Survivors include his parents, Sam and Mary Helen Jones of Tyler; daughter, Brookelyn Hale and husband Deven of Odessa; sons, Tyler and Zachry Jones of Brandon, MS; a sister, Kelli and husband Hob Hairston of Hochton, GA; a brother, Anthony D. Jones and wife Margaret of Magnolia, Texas; soon to be first grandson, William Gunner Hale of Odessa; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
