Jackie Marlon Hayes

Jackie Marlon Hayes, 68 of Midland, TX passed away May 29, 2024.

Jackie was born December 10, 1955 in Abilene, TX to Betty Walls and Hubert Hayes. Jackie grew up in Monahans, TX. While living in Monahans, Jackie proudly served on the volunteer fire department and the Ward County Jaycee’s.

In 1985, Jackie met and married his loving wife, Patty Watson. They were blessed to raise three sons. His wife, children and grandchildren will remember him as a kind-hearted and loving man who put his family first.

Jackie was self-taught in electronics and software development. He was proud of his work in the oil fields and the relationships he forged with his customers.

Jackie is survived by his wife Patty (Watson) Hayes, sons Josh (Heather) Cory (Ariel) and four grandchildren that called him Papa (Sophia, DeziRae, Lincoln and Greyson).  Jackie is also survived by his brother Donald Hayes and sisters Susan King and Tammy Walls.

He is preceded in death by his son Timothy Hayes, brother Ronny Hayes and parents Betty Walls and Hubert Hayes.

The memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on June 28, 2024 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home Chapel in Midland.
