Gabriel Bustillos

We are with heavy hearts to announce the passing of our devoted father, grandfather, cherished friend, and loving husband Gabriel Bustillos “Gabe”. He went to rest surrounded by his loved ones on Friday December 15th 2024 at the age of 48. Family and Friends are invited to Nalley-Pickle & Welch of Midland for visitation on Thursday December 19th from 8am – 5pm. Services will be at the same location on Friday December 20th at 12pm. Interment to follow at Ellis Resthaven where we will lay him at his final resting place.

Gabriel was born May 3rd 1976 in Lubbock Texas to Diane and Ismael Bustillos. He had 2 full brothers and a few half siblings that he loved and cared for with all his heart. Gabe attended and graduated Coronado High School where he then met his High School sweetheart and his forever wife Elaine Bustillos in the summer of 1993. They created their lives and 3 baby girls in Midland Texas where they spent the rest of their 28 years together. He was hardworking and dedicated. He received his associates degree and became a Design Manager at CSI for 25 years.

Gabe was a family man who was willing to do whatever it took to build the best life for the people he loved. He cherished things money could never buy such as giving love and support. He enjoyed long talks and quality time with family and friends. No one will ever forget his extravagant gatherings that included his amazing food, a variety of music, laughter, and his many life stories.

He will be welcomed into heaven by his brother Brian Bustillos, his grandbaby Eliana, nephew Jay, his grandparents and many more he held close to his heart. Gabe is survived by his wife Elaine Bustillos, his daughters Kassandra Moreno, Gabrielle & Alexis Bustillos, his grandbabies Amiah & Adrian, his brother Ismael Bustillos, as well as both his parents Diane & Ismael Bustillos. He will continue to be greatly loved and missed by his many family members and friends. His memory will forever live in our hearts, until we meet again.
