Frances Janelle Pedigo, 73, of Big Spring, died on Wednesday, July 22, 2009, in a local nursing home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday, July 25, 2009 at the First Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Calvary Callender, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 PM to 8 PM Friday at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.She was born on February 3, 1936, in Seymour, Texas and married James "Jimmy" Pedigo on February 12, 1954 in Big Spring, Texas. Janelle was a longtime member of the First Church of the Nazarene, where she was active in the bus ministry and taught children's church. She was a very generous person and loved her family and her church. She enjoyed sewing and crafts. Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Pedigo of Big Spring; one daughter, Sandra Hunt and husband, Jim of Big Spring; one son, Jim Bill Pedigo and wife, Kayla of Big Spring; four sisters, Colleen Todd and husband, Ray of Midland, Aubrey McClure of Big Spring, Zula Chappell of Koffe and Lucille Dooley and husband, George of Belton; two brothers, Ben Riggins of Muskogee, Oklahoma and James Riggins and wife, Martha of Hobbs, New Mexico; four grandchildren, Charity Wheeler, James Loftis, Grady Pedigo, and Josh Pedigo; four great grandchildren, Stefany Wheeler, Brookelyn Wheeler, Dyllan Kiara and James Loftis and one great great grandchild, Emmitt Inman. She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgie and Ivan Riggins; three sisters, Virginia Gray, Barbara Enelow and Betty Whitt; and a great-granddaughter, Blue Loftis.
