Evelyn was born February 21, 1939 in Kilgore, Texas to Darcie and Robert Reese. She retired from Texas Electric. She enjoyed reading and bird watching. She loved her dogs.
Evelyn is survived by her sister Barbara Weaver and husband Randy of Graford, TX; niece Daysha Kerby and husband Jason of Abilene, TX; nephew Jay Weaver and wife Lauren of Lake Kiowa, TX; 2 great nieces, Landry Cheyne and Raylee Cheyne; 3 great nephews, Randen Weaver, Hayes Weaver and Kolt Weaver. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Carnes on February 9, 2020.
