Eddie Richie Moreno, 55, of Big Spring, passed away Friday, December 11, 2020, in a Houston hospital. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at the Family Faith Center with Rev. Samuel A. Segundo, Jr., officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.

He was born December 24, 1964 in Lamesa, Texas to Jesus and Lupe Moreno. He married Olivia Valenzuela August 12, 1983 in Denver City, Texas. Eddie graduated in Denver City and worked in the oil field for years. He had a pasion for the holistic profession which he completed. He became a homeopathic physician, chiropractic practitioner and acupuncturist. He was able to touch and transform many lives. He was a member of Family Faith Center.

Survivors include his wife, Olivia Moreno; three children, Edgar Moreno and wife, Danielle, Elgin Moreno and wife, Crystal, and Emmeline Beltran and husband, Patric; eight grandchildren, Delaney Moreno, Caliana Moreno, Evony Moreno, Gracelynn Falcon, Emmery Moreno, Jadis Spencer, Cataleya Moreno and Annalisia Moreno; two sisters, Evie Moreno Gonzales and Ebie Serda; several nieces and nephews; his loving companion, Denae; and his grand dogs, Bella and Lily.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Ramon and Blanca Valenzuela.

My heart goes out to the Moreno family...we will see you again brother Eddie

Words can not express how much Bro Eddie meant to us. His smile could light up a dark room in a second! I remember when he told me “Sister never stop being you! You are always energetic and bubbly do not ever dim your light!” Bro Eddie was a master holistic practitioner who I looked up to since this is also my field of study and he would tell me to always stick to helping people find the root cause. That our minds is where the battle starts and we are called to help people renew their minds... We are praying for the Moreno family...Psalm 61:2

I was recommended to see Eddie about 6yrs ago, what a wonderful and caring man and I'd like to call him a friend. He helped me so much met his beautiful and kind wife on visits there and it breaks my heart to hear of his passing may he rest in peace.
