I was Paul's roommate at Baylor from 1966-1967. I am devastated over his passing. He was like a brother to me, and I miss him terribly. His mother and father treated me like a son, and I never will forget their love and kindness to me over the years. Shirley, I visited Paul in March 1998, and his last words he said to me were these: "I will" when I asked him to give you my best regards as me was leaving for the evening. Thank you, Paul, your mother and dad, for all your love and kindness you shared with me,, and to Shirley I extend my deepest condolences, for Paul (Sandy) lived a life that was well-lived and is expressed through all the lives he and his entire family so lovingly had touched. The world cannot contain the books that can be written about Paul's beautiful life. Paul, thank you ever so much for your love and friendship thought my life. You will never be forgotten. To all of Paul's family:. "I love you all"! Shirley, you are so blessed to have been married to such a wonderful man. God bless you all! Thank you all for such loving memories!!!
