Dorothy M. Bondy passed away in Midland, Texas on August 31, 2007. She lived life to the fullest for 86 years.Dorothy married the love of her life, Floyd in 1942. They met at Southwest Texas State College in San Marcos. Floyd passed away in October 2006.Dorothy was the Matriarch of the Bondy clan: Neal Bondy and his wife Susan of Southlake, Glenda Rogers and her husband Charles of Kyle, and Mark Bondy and his wife Nancy of Midland. She was known as "Other Mother" by her six grandchildren and one great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her sister and parents.Dorothy was born in Houston, Texas to Neal and Pearl Mosley. She was a homemaker and very proud of the children she raised. Dorothy was a Life Master bridge player and was blessed to have completed Bible Study Fellowship. Her passion was traveling the world. She and Floyd loved Africa more than any place they had visited.Dorothy and Floyd moved to Midland from Houston in 2002. They attended Christ Church Midland and were blessed to be a part of that Christ-centered family.
