Dennis Keith Pillow, 61, of Midland passed away on May 21, 2015 at Midland Memorial Hospital after a battle with Dementia. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Resthaven Memorial Park.Dennis was born on July 8, 1953 in Madisonville, Kentucky. He graduated from Burgess High School in El Paso in 1971 with a scholarship for his talent as a baseball pitcher. Dennis married Janice L. Westfall on October 4, 1973 and had 41 years together. He had five wonderful children, which he cherished with his entire being. Dennis enjoyed remodeling homes and had such a talent for planning out to completion and worked in the hardware industries for many years. He enjoyed being the driver responsible for getting his wife and children to dog shows all over the country. He was actively involved in his wife’s ceramic business. He possessed a never ending ability to be a jack of all trades.He is survived by his wife, Janice L. Pillow of Midland, TX; children, Julia Esparza and husband, Frank, Jennifer Engelke and husband, Dustin, Melissa Turner and husband, Joe, Jason Pillow and wife, Amanda and Amy Lynn Santiago and husband, Melvin; grandchildren, Jeremy Esparza, Austin Esparza, JayCee Carter, Brody Carter, Cole Turner, Tristan Turner, Mackenzie Pillow and Maliki Santiago; father-in-law, William P. Westfall; brothers-in-law, William Stephen Westfall and wife, Melinda and Jeffrey Westfall; sisters-in-law, Judy Westfall, Vicki J. Crank and husband, Bob.He is preceded in death by his sister, Debra K. Pillow and his mother-in-law, Molly J.
