David Clingman

David Ford Clingman, 55, of Midland ended his earthly journey on February 10, 2011. David was born on September 17, 1955 in Seminole, TX to Henry Ford and Imogene Davis Clingman. He graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1974. At the time of his death, David was the General Manager of Wendy's in West Texas. David attended Oklahoma University, Grayson County Community College and Oklahoma Baptist University. David loved baseball and played baseball at each school he attended. He is survived by his daughter Megan Clingman of Monahans, his parents, Imogene and Henry Clingman of Midland; his sisters Jean Ann Clingman of Plainview, TX, Rita Brandon and husband Charlie of Lakehills, TX, and Sue Holley and husband Doug of Meadowlakes, TX. David is also survived by his nieces, Kati Holley, Sara Holley Gonzales; his nephew, Garet Holley; his great-nephews, Jude and Sawyer; his dear friends, Bobby and Cindy Bradbury and his many friends from Wendy's. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 13, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Crestview Baptist Church. In leiu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to either, Monahans High School Softball Activity Fund or the Crestview Baptist Church Building Fund.,
