Heaven gained an angel on April 6, 2017, Cory Ron Sanders. He left this world too soon. Celebration of life services will be at Crestview Baptist Church on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.Cory was born November 28, 1982. He relocated to Midland, TX from Denison in 2004. Cory was known to many of his friends and coworkers as “The Closer”, it was his spirit and attitude that drew so many to him. His generosity and compassion were only second to his will and determination to succeed. A legend in the car business, he was a “great car guy”. He loved going to the lake with his buddies, snow skiing, watching NASCAR, riding dirt bikes, and spending time with friends. Most of all he loved his son Bentley. Not a day passed that he didn’t speak of his love for him. The lives Cory touched will miss him greatly.He is survived by his son, Bentley Sanders, who he loved and adored with all of his heart; father, Ty and Belinda Sanders; mother, Gina Bradshaw; sisters, Lacy and Daniel Heit, Stephaney and Jeremy Whitson, and Nikky Sanders; baby brother, Zachary Sanders; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.He was preceded in death by grandparents, Billy Tom Sanders, Weldon Derebering and Doyce Gordon; Tracy Sanders and Terry Sanders.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Landmark Bank, the account set up for Cory’s son, Bentley Sanders.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
