Claudine Tredaway Mills Jones

Claudine was born August 10, 1944 in Midland, Texas. God called her home, Thursday evening on April 24, 2025 in Midland, Texas. Claudine was surrounded by her loved ones.

Claudine is proceeded in death by her parents, Aaron Claude Tredaway and Minnie Ole Lancaster, along with nine of her brothers and sisters. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Eugene Mills, Sr., her husband, Roy Lee Jones and his son Richard Jones.

Claudine is survived by her sister, Frances Bush; brother, Reggie Tredaway; along with her sons, Leonard Eugene Mills, Jr., and his wife Beverly Mills, their children, Stephen Mills, Samantha Mills Badger, her significant other, Isaac Smith along with their eight children and three grandchildren. She is also survived by sons, Aaron Mills, Jamie Mills and his wife Billie Jo Mills, their children, Ryan Wilkins and his wife Terah Wilkins, and their eight children. Their son, Nathan Mills, his sister, Karyn Crandall, their son, Joseph Ziegler and Chance Mills. She is also survived by Richard Jones’ children, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters and brother-in-laws.

Claudine graduated from Midland High School class of 1962. Claudine was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt. She grew up on 1200 acres of farmland. She enjoyed sitting on her porch watching the birds, especially hummingbirds. Claudine enjoyed gardening. She loved all kinds of flowers and everything purple. Claudine also enjoyed watching her western shows. She had a passion for reading anything, murder mystery and spicy books. Claudine will be truly missed by her friends and family.

A visitation will be held from 7:00 – 9:00 pm, Friday, May 2, 2025 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. Funeral service will take place at 2:00 pm, Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
