Circe Annette O’Neill

Circe Annette O’Neill was born on November 5, 2022 and went to her Heavenly Father on the night of Monday, February 6th, 2023. Circe died peacefully after complications at Dallas Medical City NICU in the arms of her parents.

Circe is preceded in death by uncle, Patrick Trevor Wayland, great grandparents Jean and George Arthur Donnelly Jr., Catherine and Joseph I O’Neill Jr. Royce Hillman and Donald Lee Wayland. Circe is survived by her mother, Meagan Wayland O’Neill, daughter of Carole and David Lee Wayland of Midland, Texas; her father, Patrick Flynn O’Neill, son of Jan and Joseph I. O’Neill III of Midland, Texas; her older brother, Raiden Connor O’Neill of Midland, Texas; great grandparents Virginia Wayland and Inez Hillman; her aunt Lisa Kay Wayland of Phoenix, Arizona, her godmother and aunt Casey O’Neill Friedman of Boston, Massachusetts, and cousin and godfather Garrett Kieran Donnelly of Midland.

A private graveside service was held on Friday, February 10, 2023 with Monsignor Larry Droll of St. Ann’s Catholic Church officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Toys for Tots or Janet’s Closet, through the Midland Memorial Foundation, 400 Rosalind Redfern Grover Parkway, Midland, Texas 79701.
