Christine Stewart, 83, of Big Spring, died on Thursday, November 23, 2006, in an Abilene hospital. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at the Birdwell Lane Baptist Church with Rev. Steve King, pastor, officiating. She was born on February 20, 1923, in Terry County, Texas and married Henry Stewart on July 26, 1941 in Lovington, New Mexico.She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by everyone who knew her. She was a member of Birdwell Lane Baptist Church.Survivors include her husband, Henry Stewart of Big Spring; two daughters, Juanita Myrick and husband, C.J. of Breckenridge and Alice Adams of Abilene; three brothers, Cecil Thomason, Curtis Thomason, and C.J. Thomason; one sister, Catherine Barham; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Don Stewart.
