Charlene was born May 30. 1934 in Tarzan, Texas to Vena Edwards Fortune and O.K. Fortune. She married Roy Smith and had worked as a business manager.
Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home and Crematory of Big Spring.
