Carrol Ray Moore, age 66, passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021. Carrol was born on
October 31, 1954 to Homer Austin (Sonny) Moore and Lois Moore. He married Vanda Moore on
July 25, 1980.

He is survived by his wife, Vanda Moore, son, Shane Warnick, and brothers Greg
Moore and Russell Moore. Preceded i n death by his mother Lois Moore and father H.A. Moore.
The family would like to express gratitude towards Dr. R. Bartlett, Alexandria Watkins, DNP,
APRN, FNP-C., Denise Mourning, FNP, and Denae Sims, RN.
