Carolyn Brown

Carolyn Camper Brown, 87, of Midland left this life to be with God on Monday July 18, 2016.She was born December 6, 1928 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Fred W. Camper and Florence Nill Camper.She went from a short career as a Pan AM flight attendant to working for The Superior Oil Company in the 80’s. Carolyn spent time volunteering for various organizations while raising three sons. The latter leading to her knowing it was 5 o’clock somewhere long before the popular song was ever written.She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, Ted Robinson, Sr. and Robert Brown, and her eldest son Ted Robinson, Jr.Carolyn is survived by two sons, Doug and Mary Lou Robinson of Benton, AR, Kent and Monea Brown of Midland, TX, and daughter in law Leah Robinson of Pratt, KS; and six grandchildren, Lauren (Robinson) Jones and husband Kurt. Kelsey Robinson, Taylor Robinson, Trey Robinson, Alex Brown and Aaron Brown. She was two months shy of being a great grandmother.In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society or to the charity of their choice.No services are immediately scheduled.
