It is with great sadness that the family of Carlos H. Piña announces his passing on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at the age of 53 years. Carlos will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 34 years, Christine R. Piña, his daughter Crystal R. Piña [Joel Loya], his three sons Christian M. Piña [Stephanie Silva], Carlos M. Piña, and Christopher M. Piña, his granddaughter Zaylee R. Loya, his mother Martina H. Piña, his brothers Antonio Piña, Rigoberto Piña, Gaspar Piña, Elloy Piña, and Felipe Piña, his sisters Elvia Piña, Zoila Piña, Idalia Tapley, Leticia Jimenez, Laura Piña, and Hermelinda “Mili” Magallanes, his father-in-law Miguel C. Reyes, and his extended family and friends. Carlos Piña is preceded in death by his father Pedro Z. Piña, his brother Jose “Pepe” Piña, his sister Eunice Guerrero, and his mother-in-law Olga M. Reyes.
Carlos H. Piña was born on September 16th, 1967 in Palomas #2, Chihuahua Mexico to Pedro Zapata Piña and Martina Hernandez Piña. Carlos Piña was a SCADA Technician for Concho Resources, where he was employed for 10 years. He was known for being friendly, humorous, giving, selfless, talkative, fun, cheerful, the biggest Dallas Cowboys fan, and ALWAYS the life of the party.
A Rosary will be recited at 7:00pm, Monday, December 28, 2020 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am, Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home Chapel.
