Stacy...... I knew your Dad through my brother, Butch Merriman. Ray, or Beast as he was fondly referred to, was truly the kindest, most gentle "teenage boy" I knew or have known since. He would come to our home and always showed kindness to my sisters and me. We were the "younger sisters" yet he never made us feel like we couldn't be part of what was going on nor did he ever make us feel unwanted. Butch and Beast had a very special group of friends and I have to believe, he was the "gentle giant" amongst them all. He was a kind teenager so I have to believe his gentle spirit carried through into his adulthood. May God bless you now Stacy with comfort and incredible memories.
