John Waldeck left a message on April 9, 2021:
Family members and friends: Please accept my most sincere and heartfelt condolences on the passing of Brad. He was such a great colleague, but more importantly, a truly good friend. I had the pleasure to know, respect, and work with him from 2003 up to my retirement in 2017. He and I tackled some outstanding, and at times we thought insurmountable, pipeline assets and issues with each visit to Midland/Houston, His knowledge of the Southwest Division assets was unsurpassed, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him on all aspects, as we did our best to satisfy DOT and state regulatory compliance in a timely manner and address additions/modifications to the Asset Integrity GIS database. Each trip from Houston to Midland was viewed with anticipation and excitement with the resolve of knowing we would successfully tick off another item on list of outstanding tasks/issues. He will be severely missed as I always looked forward to visiting with him. May you rest in peace my dear friend and I hope to see you in the next realm. Your friend always, John Waldeck (retired from Plains Houston office in 2017)
