Bobbie B. Lookabaugh

Bobbie B. Lookabaugh, 88, of Midland passed away on August 11, 2024. A visitation will be held on August 23rd, from 8:00am-5:00pm at Nalley Pickle & Welch Funeral Home and a graveside service on August 24th at 11:00am at Resthaven Memorial Park.

Bobbie was born on November 23, 1935 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She married Edwin C. Lookabaugh in 1955. She was a devoted loving wife and mother. She loved cooking for a crowd and everyone was always welcome. Bobbie served on Mexico Mission Trips with Ed, and cooked for everyone that participated in the Border Ministries Program. Cooking was her way of serving her Savior and spreading his love to everyone.

Eventually, she became the office manager at Ed’s office. She greeted everyone that came into Ed’s office with open arms and always had a smile on her face. They were married for 64 years and were active members of First Baptist Church for 47 years. Bobbie is survived by her three children, Matt Lookabaugh, Carol Raschke, and Andy Lookabaugh along with 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Edwin C. Lookabaugh and her father and mother, Robert & Venita Beall.

Thank you to all our family and friends who have expressed their prayers and sympathy for our family. Though our hearts are broken, we rejoice in knowing mom is in heaven with our dad and our Savior Jesus Christ. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Border Ministries at P.O.
