Bob Bell

Bob Bell, 77, of Big Spring, died on Tuesday, March 29, 2005, at his residence. Private memorial services will be held at a later date.He was born on December 19, 1927, in Ft Worth.Bob had lived in Howard County for seventy years. He graduated from Coahoma High School. After graduation he served in the United States Air Force for three years. Bob was a sports broadcaster and radio personality. He loved golf and basketball, especially the Lady Hawks in his later years. He enjoyed dancing and big band and jazz music.Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Brad and Kristen Bell of Denton; one brother and sister-in-law, William Loyd, Jr. and Dorothy Bell of Granbury; and one grandson, Seth Bell of Denton. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Rachel Bell.
