'A pal to remember for sure! Bobbie Jean & Billy Ray were my friends & also (Boosie Weaver) in high school and I visited many times in their home. Early1950's was a fun time! The dairy business kept that family busy! Early & Late!! I last saw 'Bull Ray' at the Stampede several years ago. I had moved to NM 30 yrs ago so it was a joy to see he & Joyce still dancing at the Stampede. Condolences to the family. Hold on to the good memories! Love you!

My thoughts and prayers are with all the family. I have enjoyed so much getting to know Billy Ray and Joyce the last several years. Billy Ray's laugh was wonderful and he was always teasing and joking with us. I will sincerely miss him and that adorable laugh.

I am sorry to hear of Mr. Whites passing. He was a wonderful neighbor. His wave to me daily was a comfort since I was new to this community. It does not seem like much, but to a girl who was new to Big Spring and needing to feeling like she was in a safe neighborhood it meant so much. We did visit a few times and he was so enjoyable to visit with. He will be missed. Please know if you need anything don’t hesitate to call. The neighborhood won’t be the same. ❤️
