Billie Lee Fulcher

Billie Lee (Wilson) Fulcher, age 83 of Cross Plains, TX, was reunited with her husband on Friday, April 22, 2022. Funeral Service will be 2:00pm Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.

She was born September 6, 1938 in Martin County, Texas to parents Bill Wilson and Nancy (Worton) Wilson. Billie married the love of her life, Bill David Fulcher on December 20, 1967 in Big Spring, Texas.

Billie loved making dresses and crocheting. She was very crafty and made many beautiful quilts. She enjoyed spending time at Senior Citizens and First Baptist Church in Cross Plains…..

Survivors include her son, David Fulcher and wife Jennifer; daughter, Denise Dabney; grandchildren: Michelle, Kimberly, Brandon and wife Jenna, Ashley, Krystal, Vanessa, Amber, Justin, and Kim; great grandchildren: Aaron, Dustin, Zack, Dalton, Brittany, Haley, Bryleigh, Luke, and Jacob; great great grandchildren: Alice, Brynlynn, Zeppelin, two sisters, Mary McFarland and Annie Feuer, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Bill Fulcher; her parents; daughter, Jessica Rowland; sister, Lana; great grandchild, Matthew Sanford and great great grandchild, Nocona.
