Ann was one of the classiest ladies I have ever met. She was so gracious and elegant. She always had a smile on her face and such an inspiration to me as a young Christian. My late husband, Mike, enjoyed many of her "pound cakes" and always wished I could make them like Ann did. God Bless you Fred and your family. My prayers are with you.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I have so many wonderful memories from a very young age of Ann. As a young girl, I got to come spend a week with Ann and Fred. I can remember going to Safeway for raspberry sherbet, the vibrant colors of Koolaid lined up at the drink counter, too many choices for a young girl, and my first experience with the ice cream truck. I looked forward to that week every year. As an adult, I got to share Katlyn with her when when she came to Texas for visits. Her legacy of kindness and gentleness will live on for a very long time. I love you Ann

I have so many memories with my grandma. I remember how she always used to call me her sweetest heart, and I am thankful that I was able to spend time with her for one last birthday. She has always been there for me. She was the kindest woman that anyone could ever meet. Although I miss her so much, I know that she is in a better place and that she's in God's hands now. I will never forget how special she was and still is to me. With Love, Katlyn

What a wonderful lady! She always had a kind word and a smile on her face, even coming to Dr. Klempnauer's office. May God comfort and keep you in his care now and always. God be with you all, Kaye Khoury

Student of her's in 3rd grade in the year 20 years ago, I was in 3rd Grade and knew Mrs. Neal as we called her from the time I was 7 - 9 years old. She was always my favorite teacher! I never forgot her kindness towards us children, she even took it upon herself to follow my progress in years way past her classroom and mail me clipping of the newspaper about myself. She cared enough to follow me, and I want you to know that because of her love, I dedicated my life to becoming a teacher as well! I am now 30 years old and have been teaching for 9 years elementary as well. I will never forget all that she has given to me, so that I may pass on the legacy to others! She meant a lot to me! She will be sadly and dearly loved and missed by me!

Knowing Ann has been a rich blessing for many. I will always remember visiting with her and the family during the holidays and seeing them quite often when we lived in Midland. Ann was always so very kind and thoughtful. She and Fred were generous (even brave) enough to take me on one of their vacations when I was quite young, they really treated me special. I am sincerely thankful to have known her.
Dr. Travis L. Summerlin left a message on April 26, 2010:
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I had the privilege of meeting Ann on two occasions when she and Fred visited us at Tenth Street United Methodist Church in Taylor. She was a very gracious lady and I was impressed with her obvious love for her family and with her deep, sincere faith in Christ. May you be comforted by knowing that she is with our Lord and his angels and we will see her again when we all meet in heaven. Grace and Peace. Travis Summerlin
