Get in the Christmas Spirit in West Texas!

Sure, Texas may not look like your typical snowy winter wonderland . . . but that doesn’t mean folks in Midland, Big Spring, and Stanton are any less festive when it comes to spreading Christmas cheer! Our team at Nalley-Pickle & Welch loves to get into the holiday spirit, and we’ve put together a list of our favorite ways to celebrate around the area. Did we miss one of your tried-and-true Christmas events or an activity you look forward to every December? Comment below to get the word out!

Santa is coming to our beautiful Welch Reception Center . . . and you’re invited! Join us Saturday, Dec. 8th, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., and get your picture taken with Mr. Claus himself.

Attend the annual Christmas Pageant at Golf Course Road Church of Christ on Dec. 12th at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium. We can’t think of a better way to remember the reason we’re celebrating Christmas.

Tour the Comanche Trail Festival of Lights – Dec. 2nd – 25th.

It’s hard to believe this is the 22nd year of Big Spring’s Comanche Trail of Lights, featuring over a million lights on display throughout the historic park. Now’s your chance to see the biggest and brightest display of the year!

Catch a show at the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center.

The views, the sound, the amazing selection of performances! Be sure to check out the events coming this December, including Christmas Wonderland Holiday Spectacular, DRUMLine Live Holiday Spectacular, and Lightwire Theater’s A Very Electric Christmas. Something for everyone!

Enjoy Midland’s Lighted Parade on December 8th.

Nothing puts us in the holiday mood more than the sights and sounds of a parade. The parade route is on “A” Street from Ventura Ave. to Illinois Ave. and begins at 6:30 p.m.

Our Nalley-Pickle & Welch team hopes your holiday season is overflowing with warm memories of the past and fun experiences you’ll remember in years to come. We know this time of year can be difficult for some, especially if you’ve lost a loved one. Please remember we’re here for you if you need a listening ear or support. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us anytime.

From our family to yours, we wish you all the best this Christmas and during the year to come!
