Rosendo “Ross” DeAnda, 34, of Big Spring, Texas, passed away December 21, 2023, at University Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. Born in Stanton, Texas, on May 5, 1989, Ross was a lifelong resident of Big Spring. A loving soul, Ross always had a mischievous twinkle in his eye and the warmest smile that could light up a room. From an early age, he had a love of music, including his love of all things Michael Jackson and The Weeknd. He was always listening to something that spoke to his soul.
Ross was wise beyond his years, always there to offer a sympathetic ear and thoughtful advice. Tough on the outside but the biggest heart on the inside, if you were lucky enough to be his family or a friend, he would do anything for you and was loyal beyond measure. His love of family and his children was and will always be great. Ross will truly be missed by all those who loved him.
Ross attended Big Spring Schools and had a knack for working with his hands and fixing things. This led him to a career in the oil fields, most recently working for D&R.
