Malachi Maddox Maldonado was born in Galveston, TX March 30, 2020 to Moses Maldonado and Taylor Collins.

Although Malachi’s time with us on earth was short, he left a huge impact on everyone he met. His personality, smile, and love will live on forever in our hearts.

Malachi is survived by his parents Moses & Taylor Maldonado, brother Maverick Maldonado, sisters Alyssa Maldonado & McKinley Maldonado. Grandparents-Kim Stephens, Wilma Ellis, Dennis Collins, Sally Jurado & Joe Villarreal. Aunts & uncles- Chris Stephens & Texann Snodgrass, Ashlyn & Chris Arista, Fred Maldonado, Matthew Maldonado, Mariano Maldonado, Joe Adam & Teena Maldonado, and Jeremy Rodriguez. Many cousins and extended family.

Malachi is preceded in death by Esperanza Maldonado, Richard & Mary Collins, Paul Ellis, LaDeana Johnson, & Diana Collins.

The family would specially like to thank Byanca Maldonado, Peppermint Plantation Daycare, & PICU team at UMC Lubbock.

A visitation will be held 6:00pm-8:00pm, Thursday December 29, 2022 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.  A funeral service will take place 10:00am, Friday, December 30, 2022 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens.
