I loved Jamie so much! My earliest recollection of him was playing chase at Nanny’s house in Kermit. I thought he was sooo handsome. Lately, I loved hearing from him about whatever was happening in his life. He would periodically check in and we would visit for an hour or so. Most recently he saw an old pic of me in the Texas Monthly magazine and he called to rave about that. Always upbeat, happy and loving. His health decline was a real concern when he revealed that. I guess that had gone on way longer than I imagined, I am so sorry that his time here was cut short. I know everyone is devastated. I’m praying the Lord comforts everyone and gives them strength in their grief. Jamie is now free from pain in paradise. I’m sure telling someone a good joke. Until we meet again Cuz..Love you man!!!!
